Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of this product, there will be no refunds or returns once your order is in print production.
The Process
1. Choose optional Add-Ons.
2. Choose optional Envelope Color.
3. Submit your event details in the provided text fields.4. Select your Quantity of Sets of 12.
5. Add To Cart to complete your purchase.
6. Monitor your inbox! You will be emailed a proof from invited@shopaurea.com to the email address provided with the order.
7. No more than 3 proof rounds. Please make all the necessary changes at once, or within 3 times.
8. Approval agreement must be signed before any printing begins.
9. Invites will go into print production once approval is complete.*If you opt for return address printing, your shipping address provided in the order will be used in your first proof round. If an address change needs to be made you can do so within the proofing process.
Turnaround Time
You will receive your digital proof within 48 hours of placing your order. The design timeline ultimately depends on customer's response time with checking emails and submitting proof forms.
Please allow 7-14 BUSINESS days for printing and production, packaging and shipping.
Shipping
We use the US Postal Service & UPS Ground to ship all orders. Every order is packaged with card and insured.
Delays do not happen often, but can occur due to weather or unforeseen events. Shop Aurea is not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed packages. Once it is out of our hands, it is out of our control. However, if a problem does occur, we will help to the best of our ability.
