You will receive your first digital design proof within 1 week of placing your order. The proofing timeline ultimately depends on customer's response time with checking emails and submitting proof forms.
Commissioned Venue Artwork adds 2 weeks to your design timeline.
Production Timeline
Please allow 4 weeks for printing and production, packaging and shipping.
Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of this product, there will be no refunds or returns once your order is in print production.
If design and proofing has not begun, we will review your request for an order cancellation.
If design, proofing, and approval has been competed, but your order has not yet moved to production, we will review your request for an order cancellation. However, only a 50% refund will be granted, but not guaranteed.
